Delivery & Shipping Information – NZ Wide

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that Your Home Naturally is closed on weekends and public holidays. We deliver across New Zealand only.

  • Standard courier delivery NZ-wide: $11

  • Rural delivery flat rate: $18

All orders are shipped via NZ Post or Aramex Couriers, with a tracking number emailed for convenience. Most orders arrive overnight. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund.
