Returns

Due to the nature of our natural cleaning products and ingredients, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order details so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled due to stock availability or other unforeseen reasons, we will issue a full refund promptly.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, you will always receive a full refund.
